June for June Waller is a project of the El Paso County Democratic Party, supported by our B.A.C.K.U.S. Unity Chapter, launching a summer series of neighborhood conversations we’ll carry through the general election.
This series honors the elders who built our civic foundation—beginning with June Waller, whose five decades of community leadership have shaped housing justice, youth development, and neighborhood advocacy across Colorado Springs.
Throughout June, volunteers will host front‑porch and block‑level neighborhood canvasses to strengthen trust in our voting process, deepen civic understanding, and build community power ahead of November.
